Return Policy
This policy clarifies the return procedures for physical merchandise (scuba gear) and outlines the refund rules for non-returnable services (e.g., courses and trips).
SECTION 1: PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY (Scuba Gear & Equipment)
This section applies only to physical goods shipped to you.
A. 14-Day Return Window
We accept returns for most new, unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
B. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following conditions:

We accept returns for defective products only

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Be in the same condition that you received it.

Have all original tags attached.

Be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Requires a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
C. Return Shipping and Processing Fees

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Restocking/Processing Fee: A 10% Restocking and Processing Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all non-defective returns. This fee covers payment processor charges and warehouse handling.
D. Non-Returnable Physical Items (Exceptions)
The following physical items cannot be returned:

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Used or worn items (due to the nature of scuba diving).

Consumable goods (e.g., used batteries).
-
Items customized or personalized for the customer.
E. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, minus the 10% Restocking Fee.
SECTION 2: SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY
This section applies to courses, trips, and digital products. These are non-returnable/non-refundable and must NOT be included in our Google Shopping feed.

| eLearning Codes | All sales of digital eLearning course codes are FINAL and non-refundable once the code has been issued, regardless of use. |
| Trip Deposits/Payments | All payments and deposits for travel/trips are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the trip contract and are generally non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the dive center. |
