The Garmin Descent G1 Solar has a power sapphire crystal w/a durable fiber-reinforced polymer bezel & case. The G1 is quick-fit watch band compatible (22mm) & comes standard w/a silicone wrist band. The instrument measures (L x W x D) 1.79 x 1.79 x 0.6" (45.5 x 45.5 x 15.2mm) & weighs 2.33 oz (66g). The included wrist band range is 5" to 8.82" (128 to 373mm) and with the optional extra-long silicone band it has a range of 5" to 14.7" (128 to 373mm). The G1 Solar has a custom 2-window designed monochrome, sunlight-visible, transflective memory-in-pixel (MIP) display that measures 0.9 x 0.9" (23 x 23mm) with a resolution of 176 x 176 pixels. Battery life is up to 25-hours in dive mode, up to 21-days/4-months w/solar in smartwatch mode, up to 48-days/unlimited w/solar in battery saver watch mode, up to 26-hours/39-hours w/solar in GPS mode, up to 56-hours/205-hours w/solar w/maximum battery GPS mode & up to 27-days/unlimited w/solar w/expedition GPS activity mode.
